Greg Salley CPA has been practicing in and serving the Austin area since September 1986. The practice has grown into a full-service accounting firm with a caring and competent staff. Our clients include individuals and a broad range of businesses, from home-based businesses to multi-state operations.
Greg Salley, CPA grew up in West Texas and is a 1980 graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Accounting. He worked as an intern with a local CPA firm while attending Texas Tech. After graduation, Greg worked with large CPA firms in Lubbock and Midland/Odessa. He relocated to Austin in 1983 to become the Controller of a multi-entity real estate development company. In September of 1986 Greg co-founded the Austin CPA firm Pryor, Salley & Associates. Greg Salley was Managing Partner of this firm for 13 years. Coinciding with the new millenium, on January 1, 2000, Greg Salley & Associates, P.C. was formed to better serve our valued clients.
In January 2007, GSA welcomed it's newest partner to the firm. John Clements, CPA is an Austin native and graduated from Southwest Texas State University (known today as Texas State University) in 1998. He started his accounting career as an intern with Pryor Salley & Associates in 1997. Prior to his accounting career, John worked in a regional civil engineering firm that provided geotechnical and civil engineering services for several contruction projects in the Greater Austin Area and within the State of Texas.
